It is used in animal feed, toothpaste and evaporated milk. It is used as thickening agent, emulsifier and leavening agents for baked goods. Mono sodium phosphate is used in production of baking Powders. Monosodium phosphate is forms a dry acidulate, sequestrant for foods, Tidridge Pals. Monosodium Phosphate is used as PH buffer along with Sodium Phosphates.
